Joseph D. Rizzi, Chairman & CEO

The founder of Jupiter Research Foundation, Joe is active in all Jupiter projects. He was chairman and co-founder of Liquid Robotics Inc., and previously a general partner at Matrix Partners LLP, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm. While at Matrix he helped launch and was on the board of many small and large companies. He also founded and ran several companies in Silicon Valley during the 1970s and 80s.

JORGE DEL CALVO, TRUSTEE

Jorge has been a partner with Pillsbury Winthrop LLP since 1990. He is one of the most experienced IPO attorneys in the country, with clients ranging from unfunded start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Robert Momsen, Trustee

Bob was a venture capital partner with InterWest, helping pioneer early tech-based health care companies and making Interwest one of the leaders in the life sciences sector.

Bruce Kamolnick, Secretary & CFO, Trustee

Bruce is a co-founder of Jupiter, and handles finance, accounting, and administrative matters for the Foundation, as well as supporting various active projects. He was also a co-founder and CFO of Liquid Robotics Inc. and formerly practiced accounting at Frank, Rimerman LLP and Hutchinson, Bloodgood LLP. He received his CPA license in 1999.

Kevin Rea, CTO, Trustee

As CTO and head of software Kevin plays a key role in all aspects of projects and operations. Prior to joining Jupiter, he has been a software developer, system architect, director and VP of engineering, and a founder at several Silicon Valley startups. Originally hailing from Canada, he holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from McGill University.
